Rendang Beef/ Mutton/ Chicken
- 1 packet (200gm) RENDANG PADANG paste
- 1.2kg chicken or meat
- 200ml water
- 250ml coconut milk
- salt & sugar
- 100gm pre-fried coconut shreds (optional).
- Stir fry chicken or meat with 1 packet of Rendang Padang paste over low heat until aromatic.
- Add water to simmer until chicken is tender (Appx 20 minutes)
- Add in coconut milk & coconut shreds (optional) until the gravy become thicker. (Another 10 minutes). Add in salt & sugar to taste
