Rendang Beef/ Mutton/ Chicken

Ingredients :

    • 1 packet (200gm) RENDANG PADANG paste
    • 1.2kg chicken or meat
    • 200ml water
    • 250ml coconut milk
    • salt & sugar
    • 100gm pre-fried coconut shreds (optional).

Cooking Instruction :

    1. Stir fry chicken or meat with 1 packet of Rendang Padang paste over low heat until aromatic.
    2. Add water to simmer until chicken is tender (Appx 20 minutes)
    3. Add in coconut milk & coconut shreds (optional) until the gravy become thicker. (Another 10 minutes). Add in salt & sugar to taste
