Claypot Herbal Chicken Soup
- 3 sachet (45gm) ICFF Herbal Soup Powder
- 3000ml water
- 6-8pcs of garlic
- 1 pc cinnamon
- 2pcs star anise
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 kg chicken or meat
- Place meat and water in a soup pot and bring to a boil. Keep removing the scum until the soup is clear.
- Once the soup is clear, add in garlic, cinnamon, star anise and soya sauce. Boil under high temperature until meat fully cook, add 3 sachet (45gm) of ICFF Herbal Soup Powder Pack
- Cook another 10 to 15 min until meat is tender.
