Description

Fish Head / Seafood Curry

Ingredients :

    • 1 packet IKAN KARI BOROBUDUR paste
    • 600 gm Fish head or seafood
    • 100 gm vegetable (lady’s finger, tomato and brinjal)
    • 400ml water
    • 200ml coconut milk
    • salt & sugar

Cooking Instruction :

    1. Stir fry paste together with fish or seafood until fragrant.
    2. Add in water and vegetables, cook until boil.
    3. Stir in coconut milk, simmer over low heat and cook until fish or seafood is cooked. Add salt & sugar to taste (Appx: 15 minutes)
