Fish Head / Seafood Curry
- 1 packet IKAN KARI BOROBUDUR paste
- 600 gm Fish head or seafood
- 100 gm vegetable (lady’s finger, tomato and brinjal)
- 400ml water
- 200ml coconut milk
- salt & sugar
- Stir fry paste together with fish or seafood until fragrant.
- Add in water and vegetables, cook until boil.
- Stir in coconut milk, simmer over low heat and cook until fish or seafood is cooked. Add salt & sugar to taste (Appx: 15 minutes)
